Life rarely gives us room to slow down — especially when you’re carrying grief, burnout, anxiety, or a quiet kind of overwhelm that’s hard to put into words.

Support moves with you — at home, while travelling, or during times of change. There’s no pressure to be okay, perform, or hold everything together. This is a grounded space where you can arrive as you are, even when life feels unsettled. We move at a pace that feels safe, allowing you to explore what feels heavy and reconnect with yourself.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about understanding your story, reflecting on your experiences, and supporting change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

Counselling gives you space to explore the patterns, emotions, and histories that shape how you move through life. Together, we make sense of what’s unfolding and develop practical ways of living that feel steadier, more connected, and aligned with who you are.

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

I offer online counselling to support adults navigating:

  • anxiety, which can manifest in various forms;

  • stress and burnout, often resulting from overwhelming demands;

  • grief and loss, which can deeply affect one’s well-being;

  • depression, which can create a persistent sense of emptiness or disconnection;

  • trauma, whether it be recent or from the past.

Sessions are held securely via Telehealth (video or phone), so you can access therapy from your home, workplace, or wherever you feel most at ease.

My Approach

I aim to make therapy feel human — not clinical, not distant. My work is:

  • Relational & Authentic: grounded in genuine connection, warmth, and trust;

  • Honest & Insight-Oriented: exploring your patterns with curiosity, not criticism;

  • Patient & Reflective: supporting deep, sustainable growth at your pace.

Telehealth is simply therapy over video — the same depth, care, and attuned support you’d experience in person, but from wherever you feel most comfortable. With me, all sessions are held securely online, so you can meet in a space that feels safe, private, and yours. This makes therapy more accessible, especially when life feels full, or when leaving home is difficult or inconvenient.

Booking & Sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes and $130. Booking is simple via email or the contact form, and you’ll receive a secure video link — no travel or waiting rooms required. Before your session, find a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable; using headphones can help with focus and privacy. At the scheduled time, simply click the link to join, and we’ll meet in real time. After each session, we can schedule future appointments or I can provide resources to support you between sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Therapy doesn’t just happen in sessions — it lives in the questions we ask ourselves, the patterns we notice, the ways we soften toward our own stories.
