Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

I offer online counselling & psychotherapy to support adults navigating anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and loss, depression, and trauma — whether recent or from the past.

Sessions are held securely via Telehealth (video or phone), providing the same depth, care, and attuned support you’d experience in person, but from wherever feels most comfortable. This makes therapy accessible, private, and flexible, especially when life feels full or leaving home is difficult.
