ABOUT

Support for navigating stress, change, and emotional wellbeing.

I provide confidential Telehealth counselling and psychotherapy for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, significant life changes, workplace pressures, and periods of uncertainty.

My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can slow down, gain clarity, better understand your experiences, and develop sustainable ways of coping and moving forward.
