Telehealth Counselling & Psychotherapy with Eryn.
What Is Telehealth (and Why It Matters Here)
Telehealth is simply therapy over video — the same depth, care, and attuned support you’d experience in person, but from wherever you feel most comfortable. With me, all sessions are held securely online, so you can meet in a space that feels safe, private, and yours. This makes therapy more accessible, especially when life feels full, or when leaving home is difficult or inconvenient.
How Telehealth Sessions Work With Me
Booking & Confirmation: You choose a time that works for you, I send a secure video link, and that’s it — no travel, no waiting rooms.
Creating Your Space: Before we begin, it helps to find a quiet, private spot where you feel settled. Using headphones often helps with maintaining privacy and focus.
Joining the Call: At our agreed time, you simply click the link. Our conversation unfolds in real time, as if we were in the same room.
Doing the Work: We’ll engage in the same therapeutic approaches you’d receive in face-to-face therapy, exploring patterns, processing feelings, building insight, and learning practical tools.
Moving Forward: After sessions, we can schedule future appointments, or I can share resources for you to reflect on between sessions.
The Benefits of Telehealth
Ease & Accessibility: Whether you're in Canberra, Sydney, or a remote corner of Australia, video therapy means consistent support without the geographical barrier.
Comfort of Your Own Space: You don’t need to show up in a therapist’s office; instead, you bring in your own life — and that matters.
Flexibility: Telehealth saves time, energy, and often reduces the stress of travel.
Consistency: Even if your life shifts — travel, work changes, or illness — you can continue without interruption.
Strong Connection, Proven Support: Even through a screen, therapy remains deeply effective. Research shows online sessions offer the same benefits as meeting face-to-face.
Secure & Confidential: Sessions are private and conducted via encrypted platforms — respecting your vulnerability and your story.
Is Telehealth a Good Fit for You?
Telehealth might be right for you if:
You’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, or trauma.
You value therapy that meets you where you are — emotionally, physically, and logistically.
You want honest, grounded support without pretending to be “fixed.”
You appreciate a pace and process that honours your natural rhythm.
Ready to Begin?
If Telehealth counselling feels like a step you want to take, I’d be honoured to walk with you. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break — you don’t need to have it all figured out. This is a space to show up as you are, with everything you carry.
Let’s connect, and we’ll take it from there.
